Update: I just spoke with another tenant who said that she suspected that someone has been in her apartment too. And that she told Property Manager Haniya Smith "DO NOT ENTER MY APARTMENT WITH OUT MY CONSENT!" And another told me that his ATT alarm went off when someone from the management office used the pass key. And the alarm went off. Getting off my year contract. Trying to get the dishwasher fixed since october. Apparently the office secretary can troubleshoot the problem from the office because there are more issues with it than "I need to use a rinse aid." If the maintenance man was in my apartment he would have seen the cascade and the jet dri sitting on the table. Also I live on the 3rd floor and the air conditioner is a crucial item to have. Talked to the repair man last year and he told me that the AC units are old and are prone to break down. My e... read more

These crooked bastards belong in prison. If you can afford to move run far, far away it's a legalized money grab and South Platte and the courts here have been sticking it up renters ass'es for along time now and god help you if your late on your rent! they no longer take late payments and I counted 70 eviction notices as of july alone. my self included after living here 15 years! you've been warned.
