Getting off my year contract. Trying to get the dishwasher fixed since october. If you can afford to move run far, far away it's a legalized money grab and South Platte and the courts here have been sticking it up renters ass'es for along time now and god help you if your late on your rent! they no longer take late payments and I counted 70 eviction notices as of july alone. my self included after living here 15 years! you've been warned.
