I did the intro oral TMJ session with Quinn at South Philly Wellness, and it was fantastic. I deal with tension from clenching and grinding at night, and I left feeling so much looser and more comfortable afterwards. As a physical therapist, I see many patients in my practice with TMJ-related pain, and I will definitely be adding South Philly Wellness to my recommended referral list. Quinn was excellent—her technique, attention, and overall care were wonderful. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic massage from Quinn at South Philly Wellness. The space is warm and welcoming, and Quinn made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, is incredibly skilled, and created a safe, respectful environment that felt very attuned and supportive. I added cupping to my session, amazing! I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and deeply restored. Highly recommend!
I have chronic pain and health issues and I had pushed myself too far, so I booked a session with Jes. The experience was phenomenal - and I learned all about lymphatic drainage, and Jes taught me some daily exercises and practices I can do at home to continue to help myself! It brought my pain level down to normal function last night- the first time in over a week! I am so thankful for that, I’ve been crying on and off all morning as I went about my normal life… thank you Jes!!!
