5 years we've been bringing our baby. Twice a year he gets an ear infection due to his big ole shepherd ears. This place is run like a big insurance scam. We call to get medication for Charlie's ear and they want nothing more but to see you, $30 to walk in, $20 to swipe his ear and $60 for the medication. Why should I spend $50 extra just so you can tell me he has another ear infection? So sick of the BS. "Oh he hasn't been seen in 7 months " is their reasoning. We love the staff and doctors at Park Lane! They take care of our 3 dogs and 2 cats with compassion and experience. They have even seen our Chinchilla, for which I am grateful! I used to be a vet tech in this area, so I know how hard it is to be professional and accessible when it’s busy, stressful and everyone wants the best for their own pets, often, to the exclusion of everyone else. I have been bringing my dogs to Dr. Leighton and Dr. Winkler for about 7 years. Not only are they gentle and kind to my pups, but they also keep me calm in situations. Dr. Winkler will answer my calls and texts at anytime and has offered me comfort in bad times. My dogs have never felt anxiety about going to the vet. The office is clean. The staff is amazing. I have used their vet, grooming and kennel services. Not a single complaint ever! ��
Dr Winkler is a kind and warm Dr Always shows so much love for my dogs. She always takes time to listen to me. If I have a question she always take time to explain it to me. In a way I understand.
