The care at this hospital has changed. It seems to have become all about money. For close to 10 years I have been a loyal patron. I was shocked that the clinic refused to prescribe pain medication for my 12 year old dog. Unless I pay for costly blood work before. Without that no pain medication. Thanks a lot for caring.
You claim to be there for our fur babies which you have proven to me today is a complete lie!! I trusted you since day one with my Boxer Baby. 8 years later you have totally let us down. Besides your dedicated workers behind the scenes you should be ashamed of yourselves! When you have a sick baby and be told to go elsewhere you should not be a vet! Emergency means Help!! I got go to an emergency one!! After just seeing you 4 days earlier and dropping 400.00 for Nothing!! Beyond Done!
u could improve by closing down and never opening again. u rob people blind for a $30 shot that i was told the total charge would be $69 they tried to charge me $248 because they asked for a urine sample and wanted $150 FOR A URINE SAMPLE THAT SAUGERTIES ANIMAL HOSPITAL CHARGES $20 FOR. The last visit was his rabies and distemper and ear cleaning and blood work they charged me $550 when saugerties animal hospital charges $250 for all that what u guys do to people is absolutel… See more
I used to use South Peak for my cats who have since passed away. I brought my new baby puppy in for his wellness check.. $58 and started his shots which can not all be done in one visit. First visit $112. Took him back 3 weeks later .. actually had an appointment with a tech .. he got two injections which took about maybe a minute to complete. Got bill #2 I think it was $102.
