Completely unprofessional! They left me waiting for so long. They could at least come back apologize for the long wait or inform me of how long it might take or ask me to call at a much later time if they were so busy. Wouldn't have had much of a problem calling back but it was quite obvious that the secretary didn't care period. Never will I make an appointment there. Not for me or my family. My money is better elsewhere. Do they even know that their paychecks comes from paying patients that gets tended to by their employer... read more

Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!
I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. The receptionist was very rude and would not cal the insurance company for me. She instead said that this was not her job. My daughter was in a lot of pain and nor her or the doctor were helpful. So they lost two patients that same day. I do not recommend this office.
