I left CVS because I’m dealing with cancer and a long list of prescriptions, and I needed a pharmacy experience that felt a little more… human. I switched to Southpark and spoke with Raoul, who was genuinely kind, attentive, and helpful. Great store. Convenient location. Offers variety of nice items. The pharmacists are friendly and helpful with answering questions re medications. Staff also helpful.
Called to get a price for a specific prescription gave them the count and dosage and they couldn’t provide a price, on top of that not sure why it was brought to my attention they don’t accept coupons after telling them I was a cash patient lol so I guess anyone trying to use a coupon they don’t accept them here not even sure what that means.
