RecommendedDr. Rahman was wonderful with my 6 year old daughter. She created a comfortable environment that was fun and engaging as well as warm and inviting. She has a gift with children and exudes kindness and understanding when explaining all the details and processes to new eye glass wearers. Dr. Rahman dedicates her time serving children and families around the world to help them see better. It is my privilege to recommend her.
Shame on your Dr. Rahman for not telling Eyemed the whole story today. You offered to waive the fee, I declined, you discounted it, I agreed but I needed to make two payments. You committed to send the invoice and prescription via USPS. Neither have arrived. I learned (through Eymed) that you have chosen to not send my prescription until the non discounted fee is paid. I am disappointed that you have decided to renege on an Agreement made with a School Teacher.
Today I walked into Dr. Rahman's office as a new patient and left with the intentions of her being my new Optometrist. Carol was absolutely amazing. She was courteous, efficient and a great conversation....not to mention humorous :). I have never had a such a thorough eye exam with explanations that I understood before in my life. Dr. Rahman and her office staff are fantastic. She was quick and accurate and accommodated all my requests even during follow up appointments. Glad I found a great eye doctor to rely on in Austin.
By far, one of the best eye exams I have experienced in my 15 years of wearing glasses. Dr. Rahman is efficient, through, kind, and genuine. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Rahman is AMAZING! This women really knows what she's doing. She is very caring, very patient, and will do almost anything to make sure you are happy with your glasses or contacts. I have been to many optometrist in the past and she is by far the best. Her first priority is your eye care, not the number of appointments she schedules. I will never see another optometrist as long as she is still in practice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
