Beautiful grounds and facilities, extremely disappointed at the lack of attention the employees had in informing patrons that parts of the facility were off limits due to an event. We would have not purchased tickets and have come another day if we had know. I asked the employees to please let other patrons know of this before purchasing tickets. Recommended1st time going today with my family, the staff was very polite and welcoming definitely reccomend going worth the money. You can feed the Gators and Tourtises. pay a couple more you get to hold the animals.
