I just wanted to write a little something about South Pacific physical therapy since today is my last day. I am a Fitness and Nutrition expert and there is NO OTHER PT facility I would send folks who ask me other than to South Pacific Physical Therapy. Doreen rocks and her team has proven over and over again to rehab ALL concerns keeping in mind that people want to get back to the gym, whether it be preventive, old injuries, or new injuries getting everyone back to optimal health and fitness. 80% of my time at South Pacific was great. The other 20% is why I walked out and won’t be returning. There is one trainer who would massage my area of pain about 4 times harder than any of the other trainers I had. I almost passed out from the pain alone once. When I raised concerns to this particular trainer that I wasn’t noticing progress, despite doing everything I had been instructed to do for over 5 weeks, I was met with condescension. I've been living with a chronic hamstring injury for over three years and because of the physical therapy I did with Doreen and Tatiana, I am able to share that I am 100% pain-free! Physical therapy WORKS! The time commitment is completely worth it. I've been sprinting these past two weeks and am pain-free. I am forever grateful to everyone at South Pacific Physical Therapy!
