I had such great service from Hasab, He was so kind and thorough. Our apartment (the place at Georgetown) maintenance team is absolutely awful. They came to fix our air conditioning and broke it even more. They had to call in corporate and I am so glad they sent Hasab!!! He fixed our air conditioning, and even fixed things that the apt was supposed to do months ago!!! He fixed our door and our dryer with nothing but a smile on his face!! Give this man a raise!!! He works so hard and deserves it!! Hasab is the best!!!
Update 1 week post review: The regional manager reached out with excuse after excuse for their failures and of course put no responsiibility on the managment company. They are refusing to give residents any kind of concessions. Clearly from the reviews before my complex isn't the only one with issues so stay far away from this company at all cost. If you’re considering a property managed by South Oxford Management, run — don’t walk — in the opposite direction Elevators? Constantly broken. Our main elevator has been down for over a month — after I was trapped inside for 45 minutes with no air conditioning during a brutal Texas summer. And when the elevators do work, half of them don’t have functioning A/C anyway. If I could give no stars I would. I live at Ariel Springs and since South Oxford took over this property has gone down hill. The only positive is the property manager Jennifer Wagner and her entire team. Jennifer is awesome and is always willing to help with any situation and is nice and professional. The entire office and maintenance staff are awesome but the owners and management company are terrible. I’ve been calling and been trying to get through to someone in the corporate office to no avail. No matter which number I called still nothing. Even when I tried to call the apartment itself that I was staying at, nothing at all. This has to be the totally worse situation known to man.
