This place has compassion ,integrity the care is exceptional
I was here for 3 weeks after a 3 week hospital stay for Cdiff infection and was on the rehab floor 2 of my favorite nurses were Jess days and Mary nights and one my favorite CNA was Sam at nights but all of the CNAS were awesome
I have worked in the healthcare industry for over 7 years. The staff at South Ogden Post Acute is top notch. The administrative team truly cares about their residents as well as their employees and I can see that from the outside looking in. My grandmother stayed with them a year ago and everyone was so kind to her and our family. Thank you for being wonderful partners in the community but also for going the extra mile on patient care.
Great place for great care!!! Employees really care about their patients❤️❤️ Canyon Home Care and Hospice has a patient there and she truly is thriving since she got there!!! Thanks for your caring service!!!
