Recommendedjust got done with the trick or treating it was so much fun and the people are so friendly and sweet to my grandson thank you for a very joyful evening looking forward to next year
I worked their for about 6 months. But all the aides and nurses that i worked with are amazing and hard working employees. Some employees I worked with were down right lazy, disrespectful, and thinking they can just boss the other aides around. They would want help and when you would need help, they were not willing to help other aides. I'm happy I'm gone but I miss all my residents so much. Your family members will be well taken care of.
Wonderful place to work and love all of the patients and staff. I would recommend SOPA to any and everyone.
The therapy department is amazing! They are super friendly and know their stuff!
My mom spent 3 months there. She was cared for and loved by the staff. I'm sure it was not easy caring for an elderly patient with dementia. But it was always done with smiles. Social services spent a lot if time with her and trying to help her transition to a new "home". Also was patient with my dad as he placed his companion in other people's care!!! Thank you very much!!!
Stay away from this place...my dad was literally only here for 18 hours before we got him transferred out of there! They left him sitting in his soiled briefs for over an hour til I got there and saw what was going on...his sheets were covered in feces and the excuse they gave me was "Oh sorry we were super slammed this morning" that is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE ! I will be filing a formal complaint !
