Happy with my doctor and some of the staff have been great but Diane or however you spell it is always rude on the phone. I call to make sure I get the right meds and I need to talk to my doctor before he leaves so we can discuss it and I call to make sure he didn't leave yet and I get an attitude that he's busy.

There is one receptionist there who rude to me. I had a brain stroke which leads to painful nerve pain in my face and she asked did I remember almost like chastising me about a note that I didn't even see about waiting 24-48 hours for your medication. Really? Customer service is an important way to communicate with patients who cannot remember a note. And that's a really long time to wait for medication that is already 2 days over due. Wrong line of work lady. Very disappointing.

The receptionists over the years have been absolutely terrible, rude, insensitive, just acts like they are held at the office against their will. When a patient calls in a frenzy because the office never filled the correct prescription, they don’t care to understand what we need, just tell us what they want and hang up the phone on us.. 3 times.
