Answering their phones would be a great start. Maybe checking their voice messages. Updating when patients inevitably LEAVE because of the Staffs incompetence.

Set up an appointment for my husband and gave my insurance provider. Day of appointment, had a 9 AM appointment, reception does not arrive until 9:25 AM and informs him they do not take my husbands insurance. What a waste of time! This information should have been resolved in first phone call!!
