Just had a closing with Elizabeth at South Oak Title in Inlet Beach. She was amazing. Made the entire process super easy. Was helpful from starting with the lender to signing. Will definitely be going to her in the future.

I recently had a situation where a client’s insurance policy on a new purchase was canceled due to non-payment. Upon reaching out to the client, they confirmed that payment had been made at closing through South Oak Title. When I contacted the title company to track down the check, I learned that it had been mailed, but unfortunately, to my old office address.
