I waited from opening to closing to be seen for an appointment I had at 8. All the staff did was talk amongst each other about things that weren't even relevant to work instead of helping those who came to get help. 400 pound security officer is absolutely rude and takes his job far too seriously. Horrible place!
Less people, less staff but they do get you in and out Quick!
