My husband was in Unit F1 at South Nassau for surgery for his leg. The staff was amazing..especially Caroline. She was patient and caring and explained everything we needed to know. South Nassau is very luck to have an employee like her there....Thank you so much for your kindness!!
I do not think the emergency dept merits even 1 Star. Oct 2021 Husband presented himself as possible heart attack Case-got ekg only- no enzyme work up- told to go home only to find out later that he had indeed had a widow maker heart attack and needed 3 stents immediately Hospital nurse lied on her report ,saying my husband complained of indigestion- which he did not He told them he felt like an elephant was on his chest, tingling in arm and hand- pain in his shoulder By the way, indigestion is also a symptom, so this nurse... read more
