This company has been so helpful to us. They had the best quote for 2 Split systems installed in bedroom and the den. They came out and also repaired our central heat and air unit, returning twice to make sure the repair was satisfactory. The phone receptionist scheduled all of the services promptly, and technicians came out within a day of our problems. They were on time or early, very friendly both on the phone and in person. I would use this company again.
First experience with South Nashville Htg & Clg won't be my last. They are my new go to HVAC company. One of those national, corporate companies told me my 10 year old heat pump needed to be replaced. Since it would be a large expense, I decided to get a second opinion. Came highly recommended, and didn't disappoint! Very professional yet personal. Timing of the appointment was very reasonable considering a 100° heat wave! Office kept me informed, and let me know that the tech was even going to arrive early! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took care of the issue promptly. I give them my highest recommendation!

Honest service from a local company, no corporate conglomerate nonsense. The technician was on time, replaced a bad part and told me purchasing a new unit would be a waste of money I will definitely be patronizing this business for all my future HVAC needs.
I was recommended to South Nashville Heating & Cooling by my general contractor. I spoke with Mark and he came out to assess our situation. He and his crew provided great service! He was honest about how much repairs/replacements our duct system needed. Crew showed up on time and we're very thorough with their work. Highly recommend them!
