I purchased a used 2023 vehicle here. I was told there was a clean history. My test drive was very short, didn't notice any problems. Within the first week I've noticed issues with the transmission, rattling in the door and roaches. Took to a mechanic and was told the vehicle was definitely in a Collison that caused transmission issues. Took my car in January for a rattle sound. Four days after I got my car back with the same sound. Spoke to Mike at Service & he saids there’s no loaners. Still waiting for a phone call to take my car in. We are at the end of March
