Unable to get registration or plates for vehicle I purchased on 9/22/25. Misrepresented Warranty & No Response After a Month I bought a 2014 *** X3 from INFINITI of Englewood in December 2022. The sales manager and finance team lied about the warranty, promising me a Platinum bumper-to-bumper plan from Quality Guard Plus the same one they said they use on their own cars. I trusted them and paid over $5,000 for it.Later I discovered they actually sold me a lower-tier Deluxe Plan with limited coverage something they never disclosed. I have had a bad experience with my 2019 QX80 for going on two years now. The battery continues to die and I have been left stranded at night on multiple occasions because of this poor charging system that they put in the truck when it was built. I was only able to get a battery from Infiniti in January 2025 because I had my SUV towed to their facility on a flatbed. Someone stole my phone charger and left my gun out of my car while I waited to get my oil changed. Executive manager ***** ***** informed me that I should take my things out of the car when getting service. I have never had anything stolen out of my car in the 14 plus years Ive been going there.And for him to say that is just crazy to me. He replaced it after I said I wasnt leaving without one.

I strongly advise anyone considering Infiniti of Englewood to think twice before doing business here. I purchased a car from them a couple of years ago and bought an extended warranty that I later decided to cancel in October 2024. They promised me a refund of about $3,200 for the canceled policy, but it took them over six months to even send me a partial refund. When I finally got a check, it was short by a few hundred dollars, and they blamed administrative errors. They never made up the difference because they didnt cance... read more

They force you to buy a $3,000 dollar 6 month guarantee then dont honor itmy car needed a new thermostat 2 months after purchasing the car at a cost of $1080 and they wont return calls. I was also owed have the money for a new key on my vehicle. For 2 months i have been waiting for my check for $260 for that and they tell me its getting overnighted every time i do talk to them. Worst dealership ever!! Stay away!!

I sold my car to this dealership in 2/22/25 and as of today 4/22/25 they have not made the payoff payment to the bank. I have not been given an answer as to why it has not been paid off. I have delt with sales rep **** F, and manager ****. They were no help. Now I am dealing with manager *******. I pray he can resolve this. Also made a complaint with the ****. Hopefully I will get this paid asap. I feel like I have been robbed!

(READ UPDATE)***** ******* is very disrespectful and Im honestly surprised he has a job in customer service, Id give 0 stars if I could, I hope he gets some training in customer service.
