BMW South Miami My electric BMW 2023 started to leak water (wind shield wipers), the car is supposed to be covered bumper to bumper.... a small hose broke and was leaking. Problems: 1. I was told "rodents created the leak so you have to pay $1,029" which I did 2. It took one week to get and install the part 3. Poor communications, I had to contact them to get follow ups. Slow to answer back. 4. After 3 days of "rental" I was told that I had to pay the rest of the waiting time (3-4 days) as they had no loaners to give me. ... read more
