South moon was over and beyond what my BBQ place does here at home. I always get the pulled pork and pulled chicken and one to go. I absolutely love the brisket candy and so do my family. A must stop if within the area. I'm a sucker for baked beans as well and they're killer.
Excellent food, and easy to deal with. We had them cater a party, the food was a hit!
Just enjoyed the chicken BBQ special. Although it wasn't hot, the taste made up for it. The baked beans were also something to rave about. 50s music has to go though.
Best BBQ period ... Not just the northern Illinois but definitely in the top all around
