I was visiting the Culpepper and Merriweather Circus in Hinkley, IL on 8/30/16...owners and performers have been friends forever...I am in my 32nd year as an international circus and theater clown...and had the INCREDIBLE food you folks brought out to the show. I love everything about this place; some blues is playing right now, they have GOOD, real beer, and that BBQ.. Delicious. The folks are real kind, and the atmosphere invites you. Awesome, awesome establishment.
The best baked beans I have ever had! The food was amazing and so was the service! I would definitely recommend trying this place if you like BBQ.
Stopped in for a pork sandwich, which was wonderful, and left with that plus a pork taco. Seriously, that taco was so good my tummy is still happy 8 hours later. Need to go here much more often. EXCELLENT FOOD!!!!
PIGS DO FLY... ...out the door as fast as they can pull them out of the smoker, that is. Serious BBQ hogs will find this to be the best BBQ north of the Mason-Dixon line and quite possibly anywhere. They custom built their own smokers and let them run overnight to get the meats just right.
