They constantly change appointments without confirming availability and without notifying the patient. I've had last minute cancellations and reschedules done to appointments I waited on for over 9 months without consulting me first, so they were made for dates and times that I am unavailable. I've also shown up for appointments scheduled to find that the appointment was changed or never scheduled.
