Staff was very friendly, however in my first appointment scheduled for a Saturday at 10:30, having arrived at 10:15c was told at 10:40, that I may not be seen until 12pm and that it is standard to wait 2 hours; that they were “letting me know, because the have had trouble with patients in the past because of this”. As a working person, I can’t schedule a meeting with colleagues or clients for 10 and then tell them we won’t meet until 12. I came here with my son and i could not encourage someone to avoid this place more. Everyone was rude and making comments like if am the worst father to walk this earth. I recently got my insurance and they didn’t even let me use it and were urging me to pay or leave not even attempting to try and help my situation. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was rude and clearly uninterested in helping. She had her AirPods in most of the time, talking to friends instead of doing her job. There was only one receptionist, and the rest of the staff wasn’t any better—they were rude and kept making side comments. I wouldn’t come here again, even if I were getting paid, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The staff was unprofessional, and the service was poor.
