Very caring staff at SMVS. They are taking excellent care of our small family members.
This is the absolute best vet clinic I have ever seen. They truly care about you and your pets. From being their for our family as we said goodbye to Lucky after 13 years to the monthly flea and tick prevention for our other dogs, they have been kind, courteous and most importantly there for us! I highly recommend them. I have even moved 45 minutes away and we still take our girls to them because they are that wonderful!
When one of our Guinea pigs suddenly stopped eating, we took him to the vet at Pet Depot to be examined. We buy our supplies at Pet Depot, and the wonderful store owner there had told us months earlier that the vet in her store treats Guinea pigs, if we ever needed a vet. It is my understanding that sick Guinea pigs are tricky to diagnose and treat, and many illnesses can become fatal quickly. We walked in without an appointment and were seen immediately. I have just begun taking my cat, Gizmo, to the vets here and I must say, they are the best I have ever seen or heard of. They remember my cat's name better than they do mine, which I think shows the importance of the animals to them. We took Giz in and they ran a full check up, telling us everything that was going on. Their pet plans are the best! I pay $30 a month and get so many benefits. I got Giz neutered for less than full price, we get checkups and sick visits every months. I love South Memorial Veterinary Services.
Everyone here was totally awesome and treated my puppy as if it was their own I couldn't recommend them higher than any place I've ever been.
Very friendly staff, always remembers my pets name when I call!!
