I’ve been going here since I was an infant. (30years) and in the last few since my original doctor left its gone downhill. Communication is not the best, and I feel like the new doctor wasn’t really listening to my concerns and brushing them off. Over $60 that was not communicated they dropped me. I always pay at the counter when there and keep a record in my checkbook. They screwed up then dropped me as a patient. Real nice… I just paid again, so they don’t throw me in collections. Now Im going elsewhere.
Great staff! Able to get appointments on short notice so they are very accommodating and helpful!! Dr. Emerson is great as well! They are great with scheduling, I have never had to wait long. The looks of the office itself could use a little love though lol Fresh paint. New waiting chairs/ equipment. Lol Other than that, highly recommend!
