We use Hayley, we love her and this office!!
The doctor my spouse was seen by sent over a prescription, but it was incomplete. My pharmacy informed me that an additional prescription was required for the needles or pens necessary to properly administer the insulin—without them, the insulin cannot be activated or used effectively. I called the doctor’s office several times throughout the day in an attempt to have the missing prescription sent over. Loveeee Dr Dustin! I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and he is a very patient and attentive doctor. There is a wait sometimes after checking in but that’s almost everywhere you go right? He treats you like a human being and not just a chart with medical records in it.
First visit. And have called 6 times. Right after I left my phone was still on mute so I did not see that someone was trying to to call me from the dr. Office. After I saw the missed call I called and was told to please hold, then it went to some other Dr.'s voice mail after that I have called 5 more times and all I get is this number does not have a voice mail. My prescriptions was never sent to my pharmacy so I guess I am still on the lookout for a new Dr. If this is the sort of service they offer to a new patient. Very di... read more
