Everytime I call the receptionist is so rude. They put me on hold, click over and hang up. One day I went in and I called the office, the same thing happened. If I call my dr or her nurse, never calls back. I have to call for my test results that I haven’t received in 2 weeks. I been out of my medicine and I had to go to another doctor.
I am a new patient. So far everything is good, everyone is friendly and I have had no issues with the staff or the NP. She is very polite and professional.
