We use Hayley, we love her and this office!!
The doctor my spouse was seen by sent over a prescription, but it was incomplete. My pharmacy informed me that an additional prescription was required for the needles or pens necessary to properly administer the insulin—without them, the insulin cannot be activated or used effectively. I called the doctor’s office several times throughout the day in an attempt to have the missing prescription sent over.
