Horrible service, no appointment updates but they expect you to update them on your arrival ! Katelyn at front desk has a HORRIBLE attitude and 0 respect whatsoever. You can hear them whispering about you with whoever else when they put you on "hold". Someone said "she sounds black" when I was on "hold" i just hung up I was so angry. Do not recommend for ANYONE esp POC!
The best dentist place!
I really did give this place a shot but....where do I start with my frustrations?!?! I can echo others experience from the reviews I've read by agreeing that the first question they asked me was what insurance I had. After finding my insurance acceptable I was in the system as a patient of Dr. Webb. For my first appoinent I waited an hour to be called back and 20 more after I was in the room.
