The person that worked the title went over everything actually was very thorough. But the paperwork, timing delivery of survey everything else was delayed. I even got a letter from my home insurance company that they didn’t receive the payment on time which almost caused me to get a cancellation .
Poor communication on an issue of fees from previous HOA. Also missing paperwork that is will be signed after the fact. Charging 375 dollars for an email of my account statement from HOA sounds pretty rich.
Agent has post poned twice, cant get it together with title company on scheduling, already have scheduled off days to come back into town. Already scheduled other appointments on same day so Now I have to burn another Pto day.
Good people and had everything ready to go when we got there.
