Don’t. Just don’t. We lived here for 3 years, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. We dealt with repeated issues including water shutoffs, poor communication, pest concerns, and a lack of transparency when residents were impacted. During water shutoffs, we often received little to no notice about extensions or updates, and getting clear answers from management was consistently difficult. From the leasing process, the staff has always been friendly, professional, and willing to answer any questions promptly and respectfully. My experience at South Lamar Village was excellent. The place is very clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I felt very well taken care of, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant place with excellent service.
The community pool event was clean, vibes were perfect, and I felt relaxed and the food and drinks were awesome! The staff that run these events are so wholesome and down to earth. I moved here 2 months ago and im so happy I did
Janell is absolutely amazing, walking in the door she’s so welcoming and makes us want to be apart of the community. Can’t wait to move forward!
