9/20/25 - The claim that they’ve made several attempts to contact me is an absolute lie. My number has not changed, my email has not changed. I have no voicemails or missed calls from South Lamar Village. I have received no emails since 7/31/25. I’m not going to hand over $1,400 without it being justified. 9/11/2025 - South Lamar Village shows their incompetence once again! Long overdue for my review of SO Lamar Village. I appreciated my initial contact w Sarah for leasing. She was very professional and forthcoming with questions I had. I want to recognize Don in maintenance for his quick responses, fast fixes, and professionalism. Don always shows up, responds, assesses, and repairs right away. Thanks again Don for your quality work and fast rest response on work orders. Keep up the great work!!!
Edited 9/18 since they’ve responded and said there has been no correspondence since move out. See images attached starting 8/25/25. Just more proof they are liars. Don’t waste your time with this place. It is not a good place to live. Unfortunately, after almost seven years as loyal tenants, we made the difficult decision to break our lease early due to ongoing privacy issues, constant plumbing problems, and the property’s overall decline. Stay as far away from this complex as you possibly can. If you like a dirty complex that has trash and dog poop everywhere, then this is the place for you. If you value a pleasant living experience, accountability from your landlords, and basic privacy, then run. This place is terrible and the people running it are unethical and don’t care about their tenants.
