A friend stayed here while visiting from the UK. The building is an apartment building with some of the units rented out like a hotel or Airbnb. The building is nice and the apartment had high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. I would recommend it to a friend looking for a hotel alternative.

구글 리뷰가 별로 없어 걱정했는데, 다운타운도 20분정도 살살 걸어가기 나쁘지 않은 위치, 주변도 노숙자 한번도 못볼 정도로 깨끗했어요. 호텔이 아닌 아파트 임대인것 같긴 하지만 셀프 체크인 과정도 쉽고, 집이 매우 넓고 새로 지은듯 깨끗해서 불만 없이 지냈습니다. 다만 비슷한 에어비엔비가 더 저렴한 가격에 있지 않을까 싶긴 해요.

Staying there currently, but probably won't stay again. Read below for details, but overall, you are better off at a proper extended stay hotel or Air Bnb: The building itself is very hip and so is the apartment. It has very nice and modern appliances, such as double fridge, stove, microwave, dish washer, washer and dryer. It also has a gym.
