I'm writing a review in hopes of getting a hold of someone who can actually help me. I closed my storage over a month ago and was supposed to get my deposit back. When I went back to see why, it was because they had failed to close my storage. Then, they told me that they had closed it and would send me a check next week. I still have not received this check. This is one of the worst businesses in Tahoe. We had 2 storage units and they both got broken into, one had water damage in it so we moved into a new unit, and then that one got broken into and our things were stolen. They say they have security but they don't. There's no consistency between the two women who work there, so it's hard to trust what they say. Terrible service. Don't go here if you want your things safe.

It was good. They had exactly what I was looking for. The store has reasonable prices and wasn't busy.
