I have actually never been to this hospital. However my father was taken there. I'm posting this review because I was so very pleased with the staff there keeping me up to date on my father's condition. I live in a different state and was not able to be there. Both of my parents have dementia and can not really understand or remember what is said to them so the staff kept talking to me My dad has been very sick and sent to other hospitals. I came to the ER department and was met at the door by security and another man with a wheelchair. The nurses I dealt with was amazing Jerry and Jeffrey I think that was the other nurse name blood pressure through the roof. I was admitted to South Lake Hospital (COU4) Unit. Had to share my experience with Blue Cedar hospital and the nurse Felica Jones. She was simply amazing and quite frankly one of a kind. Hopefully the hospital knows how special she is and how lucky they are to have her. I was diagnosed with double lung pneumonia and because of her I was treated right away. Thank you Felica Jones!
