My husband & I made appointments as new patients because we had heard positive feedback about Dr Talavera. However from the start the receptionist Dennis was uncooperative. I requested he check our insurance was in network with this practice. He promised three times he would do it & call back so we would be able to make the appts. He failed to follow through until I called a third time. I didn’t want to go to another practice because I didn’t think it was fair to Dr Talavera. RecommendedDr. Talavera-Jordan is the best dentist. She is knowledgeable, extremely kind and gentle, and very efficient. She is respectful of your pain/discomfort if you’re having problems and is very personable. I look forward to appointments. What a wonderful medical professional.

Dr. Carla is amazing. I’m terrified of the dentist but every visit here has been comfortable. The entire staff is super nice. I live about an hour away and drive here because I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. Highly recommended.
On holiday ... worst case scenario happened..ruptured wisdom tooth... I called first thing Monday morning and dennis told me come straight in... I forget the name of dental assistant ,was very anxious ..but she put me at ease straight away..then met Karla the dentist... she was so calming,gentle and patient with me...within an hour I was out the door,sane again and sorted ,and very reasonable price!! Two days left of our holiday and I developed a dental abcess. Was seen almost immediately by the very friendly lady dentist who dealt with the problem as best she could. Gave me all information required to pass on to my dentist in the UK. Highly recommended. Didn't give 5☆ because nobody 'loves' the dentist
