Boxwing Storage Chapman HWY Knoxville,Tn..Very dirty units infested with rats on property and leaking roof, wow. I should have never put my belongings on this property. Now I have moved outta this place and still struggling to sort out all my stuff that was damaged by rats and rat pee, and I can assure you there were NO Rats in my belongings when I stored it here. On top of that these people are still charging me for rent when my account with boxwing storage even says I've moved out. Stay Away
If I could give more than 5 Stars, I absolutely would, 100 Stars in my book!! Hands down Boxwing Storage is by far the BEST company I have ever had the pleasure to rent a unit from!! I have had my unit for about 2 1/2 years now and Kenneth the property Manager is the MOST OUTSTANDING NICEST MAN EVER!! When I have had any problems, I just call and talk to him and explain what is going on, not only is he beyond understanding, but always has went out of his way to assist me and make sure that I don't lose my Unit! Been renting a unit for several years and I have not been disappointed. Easy access to your unit. You can always reach someone and the staff is AWESOME!! Definitely would recommend
The owner is Great to work with. Storage is clean.
Since being under New Management things have improved for the better and I feel more secure knowing everyone gas their own individual gate code.
