Love Dr Sandra ... Very courteous and patient Dr. Not the same rating for the administration: You cannot force your patients to use your pharmacy. This is not ethical. The patient has the right to their prescription and they choose where they want to go. We had to argue to get our prescription
What a turnaround! After a rocky start with service that was honestly disappointing, the new reception staff has breathed new life into this clinic. The service is now professional and efficient, which is a huge win for the community. You can really feel the improvement—kudos for the positive change!
Don’t respect peoples time. I’m getting so tired with them at this point don’t want to deal with them anymore.
Very organized and efficient. Dr. Oussama is amazing with kids, great bedside manner, listens and has a pragmatic approach. I highly recommend this Clinic.
