Hi, I want to ask if you have a female gynecologist at your clinic, or do I need a referral?
I have been in Canada for over 6 years without a family doctor. Based on a recommendation my wife, daughter, and I have visited the best clinic in Ottawa many times. We consistently received excellent care, fast service, and minimal waiting time. The doctors, receptionists, and pharmacy staff are all outstanding 10/10 🙏
I always have a good experience in this clinic, great staff, well organized. I highly recommend this clinic, specially with the amazing receptionist Kamilia. She’s patient, professional, super kind and very welcoming. Five stars for Kamilia!
Good and smooth service, as well as clean place.
They have two main problems. First, they never call you back, even if you leave a message. Second, after any test, whether positive or negative, you have to see the doctor. I don't know why you need to see the doctor if the test is positive. Even if it's negative, the doctor will tell you there's no problem, that it's normal. This is their usual response.
