I would rate this as a zero, this company does not follow up phone calls or repair anything. It is the worst in the country i wouldn't recommend it to anyone not even an animal. I don't know how they stay in business, oh probably because some poor person doesn't know how to get around them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY
