DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I don’t think I have ever had one good experience at this office. Never. The front desk wear workout clothes and are rude. When you can actually get ahold of someone they are not nice and there is never a doctor there. They just tell you to go to Urgent Care. My newest issue and I have a ton... is that I have an infection and the office was supposed to call me in a prescription and they closed for the weekend before doing so. Disgusting. Sad. I've known Melaine for years. I've been to other Doctors over the course of the years and put on Medications for different reasons and never had an issue with any Doctor. My psychiatrist put me on an antidepressant many many years ago when my mother passed away in 2002. In November 2018, I needed a refill and Melaine decides that she's doing a 30 day fill but after this a psychiatrist will need to do refills in the future. After this phone call with her. I've been going here for years. It was upsetting when Dr Roanna Alcera left and even more upsetting when Dr Owen's disappeared from the practice. Dr Melanie Wassel is a great doctor though somewhat less personable than Alcera and Owen's so I accepted this change. I ended up getting pretty sick over the summer and made an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by a very young NP whom I've never met before. Fine I'm sick whatever though I was incredibly displeased.
