I was running 10 mins behind today due to traffic and called to let them know and was told that the Dr "did not want to stick around because we were the last patient of the day". I asked if they typically had a grace period in which I was told yes, but being the last patient of the day she would not stay. Eventually after voicing my frustration with that concept on the phone, she said "if you want to try to get here, if Dr Wexler is still seeing the prior patient you can risk to see if she'll see you." Arrived @ 11am on 3/4/24 & was told the patient (me) canceled the appt.!!! What??I’m waiting since mid January for this. 15 mins. later they say it’s their error & come when they can see you next…June 11th!! Don’t hold your breath, Doc. That was quite the error to make for this 78 yr old patient. If I could give a zero I would!

My 6 year old saw Dr. Wexler after a failed eye exam at her annual well visit. Dr. Wexler was amazing with her. She is kind, friendly, personable, funny.. my daughter was immediately at ease. This time my daughter passed the eye exam, but Dr. Wexler said we are going to get to the bottom of why she failed. I love that she was so thorough. I would absolutely recommend her. The office staff was wonderful as well!
Dr. Wexler has treated my son from toddler glasses into teenaged contacts. She is great.
