Very similar situation to the previous reviews. I can’t get a return call from the office ‘manager’ Kim Foot. I’ve left five messages to no avail. I retired from the health insurance industry and dealt with some very poorly managed facilities throughout my career, but this one wins a prize! Why would the people in charge of this facility want this reputation and someone like this running their company! Will notify my doctor to quit recommending this facility as well as filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
Scam artists as noted in the previous review. I was told I would be charged $10 for the disc and report of my MRI and I agreed but it was never given to me. I have never been charged for a copy of my MRI or report from anywhere before and I have probably had 15 or more. Usually they give you a copy as part of your appointment. I would not recommend this place.
Don’t go here unless you have the thousand of dollars to pay up front. I had to have major surgery and due to labs, tests, scans, and hospital and doctor bills, I owe multiple places a lot of money for my almost $7,000 insurance maximum out of pocket. I’ve been dealing with multiple places over the last several months, and I am trying to set up payment plans and pay what I owe because I am responsible.
