I brought our reactive dog Dixie in for a follow up today. When we went to leave there was another dog in the lobby. Thanks to the help of the vet techs we got Dixie removed from the situation without either dog being hurt. A special thank you to the vet tech (I never caught her name) who took Dixie into an exam room, sat on the floor with her and kept her calm while I checked out. This place will be Dixie's vet for life!!
I've never had such a downright *humiliating*, extremely insulting experience in my life. I brought my Amazon Parrot there for treatment and close monitoring on Friday morning, and Dr. Vickie Schultz instructed me to leave my new number because she would be in surgery until 4:00, but that they would call me after when they had done exrays and a general exam and knew more. I can not thank the vets (and staff) enough. They all treat our family dog as their own. Whenever I call with random questions or fears, they are eager to help and calm my nerves. As our dog has aged the Doctors are helping our dog age gracefully and pain free. Thank you for all the kindness you give!!
Our dog, Emmy, passed away 2 weeks ago at age 13. Dr. Mark and his assistant, Dawn, helped immensely. We were so upset when she fell ill, especially as it was right before the weekend. Dr. Mark and Dawn came over before office hours on a Saturday to help us. Mark explained everything so well that my children all commented on how helpful he was. It was such a hard thing to do and they were both so caring. We never felt rushed or pushed to do anything. We are very thankful to have had Dr. Mark as Emma's vet.
At first I thought this was a great place, we took our bird and I loved that vet. When we rescued our cat and he was having issues we rushed him over. I compare the experience to takeing your car to the mechanic for the breaks and being told a bunch of things are broken. So, the vet gives him all of the extra treatment without really discussing it with us besides "he needs it". Okay if he absolutely needs it. We we're blindsided. Not once but twice. Everybody was friendly and they seemed concerned with my dogs illness. They made me feel welcome and were super nice with my dog. I highly recommend them, they are the best at what they do!
Outstanding clinic with the best staff! Force free handling and well versed on training and animal behavior.
