Every time I call this facility to speak with my primary care or mental health provider, the call disconnects while the hold music is playing, before I am able to speak with anyone. This is very frustrating.
Dr. Kimble is amazing. He listens and hears me, acknowledging symptoms and concerns. Things take time and I find comfort in knowing my Dr. cares about everyone. Like I do. I was weary to open up from past medical traumas. (Non Veteran medical) Ive spent years researching my health and many things that have made my life difficult for many years. I might stand a chance now. We dont even know yet but Thank you very much!
