Billing is a nightmare stay away they are awful
Billing practices are extremely deceptive. When trying to contact anyone you're left in a loop which I can only assume at this point is on purpose. No one answers or returns calls. Insurance isn't processed properly. Their billing "website" is all but useless.
Terrible Experience! I sent my payment just two weeks after receiving the bill through my Highmark HSA account. They claimed they never received it and sent my account to a debt collector over $95. The collector harassed me for nearly a year! I made at least 10 phone calls with Highmark, the hospital, and the debt collector, but the issue was never resolved. Even now, they are still bothering me. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never go to Saint Clair Memorial Hospital again.
Absolutely horrible. They will repeat tests already done and provide the same details as the testing you just had done. Next time, I will research another practice. Also they will send you threatening less over a few dollars. I do not recommend!
Have tried for days to get help concerning a bill, it took some time but they were helpful when the gentleman called back.
