I had some emergency services needed done on the coldest day of the year. I expected them to be completely booked solid with other people who had burst pipes and issues related to the cold. They showed up really close to the time they scheduled, which thrilled me. I knew that probably was hard with all the calls they were getting for other people in my same situation.
