I am a Patient at the Waterfront location after several phone calls to get my medicine and health situated went ignored and tossed around and basically they just can choose to end your treatment with the office???I am 40 years old mother of 3 who got really sick in the last two years and not one thing has been resolved and I have never seen such lack of concern and medical bullying in my life. I have been seeking treatment from this office for about 2 years now.. I first went cause of weakness and heart palpuataions.. They did a few blood test and were unable to figue out whats wrong,, I went back a few more times and they finally ordered several test costing my insurance several thousands of dollars.. SHFM is the best family practice group in the entire area; Dr. Furlong and Dr. Chopra are fantastic, empathetic doctors and I feel lucky to have them as my primary-care doctors.
