I don’t think I’ve ever had such a rude receptionist speak to me on the phone. I called today at noon to ask a simple request about refilling a prescription. I don’t know if I was interrupting her lunch or something, but I’ve never been spoken to so unkindly. I’ll be finding another doctor’s office because of it.
I have been going here for years and they are fantastic. I appreciate my Doctor, Dr Chatha. She has helped me through the years and cares to make sure things are right. Thank you and the team there.

I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was very condescending I already don't want to go see doctors because they don't care about you and she made me immediately not want to go see one.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Furlong. She has helped me tremendously and has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've seen. She truly listens and cares.
