Began in 2019 with Dr Chatha as my PCP. She has been incredible through a number of health challenges and I am grateful for her care, patience and thoroughness. I will stay with her as long as we are both able! Thank you Dr Chatha!
They never pick up the phone, I've called multiple times this week at different times to schedule my FIRST appointment and get a PCP and they haven't picked up the phone or called back a single time.
I don’t think I’ve ever had such a rude receptionist speak to me on the phone. I called today at noon to ask a simple request about refilling a prescription. I don’t know if I was interrupting her lunch or something, but I’ve never been spoken to so unkindly. I’ll be finding another doctor’s office because of it.
