I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was very condescending I already don't want to go see doctors because they don't care about you and she made me immediately not want to go see one.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Furlong. She has helped me tremendously and has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've seen. She truly listens and cares.
Been with SHFM since 2009 with Dr. Chopra and when she left in 2010, my patient file and care was taken over by Dr. Benjamin Tu since. My care experience by Dr. Tu and the staff at SHFM had been nothing, but professional. Communication through the online patient portal, Dr. Tu and his team were always available, attentive, and responsive! Always kind and attentive. I'm comfortable voicing my concerns and confident they are listening. Can't say I have any complaints. They're very thorough and responsive. Took me a few years until I found a place I was comfortable with. I'm glad I found them.
