I was very disappointed with my service and service advisor. They overly charged me and did not even fix the leak. $500 just in diagnostic fees on top of a service fee for paying with a credit card. They left my floor soaking wet. My underlayment is hanging from the dash. They did not put it back correctly. They must have leaned on my running board as now it makes a terrible rumbling sound. Dealer in recent past helped expedite service for a family emergency including shuttling and more. This visit was routine inspection and they set me up with good schedule for me. That's a great help to a banged up retiree.
