I hired South Hill Tree Service to remove a large maple tree and stump from behind my house. I couldn't be happier. To begin, Jake and his crew came to my house and removed the tree, limb by limb. They then carried each piece to the front and chipped it up. After that they cleaned the area and were gone. Next Mark and Lee came and ground the stump down to about 10 inches below ground level. Return my calls for you to return anytime and grind up the 2 stumps you were paid to do back on 10/25/18. You went from a 5 star down to a 1 star in my book. I am very disappointed.
South Hill Tree Service has done two difficult tree jobs for us. One was taking down a very large, dangerous dead/rotten Alder tree and the other was topping down a long row of growing alder trees to preserve a view. The bids were competitive and we went with them because of other reviews indicating they had a lot of experience and were great with clean up. We were not disappointed. South hill came out and did a great job of getting rid of some dangerous and dead trees. Very professional and quick. I will be recommending them to my friends.
